In 1974 the founder and Managing Director of Jutex Industries Private Limited Mr. Santosh Adak started his business as a manufacturer of Jute Mill Spare Parts.He started this business under sole proprietorship with the aim of establishing it as a reliable supplier of quality products. His hard work, commitment to quality and transparent business dealings gained recognition and reputation.

Very soon he became known in the Jute Industry as a manufacturer of quality spares. The products manufactured in his facility were not inferior in quality to the ones that were imported at that time. In fact his products were as good as the imported ones.

Mr. Adak kept expanding his product range and business and built up a dedicated customer base in India as well as in Bangladesh.
